Copying a menu to another branch

Updated 2 September 2026

When you open a new branch, you don't have to build its menu from scratch.

From the Menu screen, choose to copy an existing branch's menu into the other one. Categories and items are duplicated, including descriptions and photos.

Copying into a branch that ALREADY has a menu is fine. The copy only ADDS what the other branch is missing — it never overwrites what that branch has already changed, so a local price, a regional dish or a translation somebody corrected all survive it. A sync that overwrote everything would punish the branches that keep their menus well.

Branches can also carry their own prices while sharing the same dishes, which is what franchises with different rents and taxes need. Advanced analytics can be filtered to a single branch, so you can compare how two sites read the same menu.
