Finding your way around the dashboard

Updated 2 September 2026

The dashboard's left sidebar is your control centre. It is grouped into eight sections, and only the section holding the page you are on is open — so if something looks missing, it is usually folded away rather than gone.

  • Insights — your overview, analytics, and what you owe.
  • Menu — every way of getting dishes onto a menu: typing them, importing a file, the AI generator, dish details, tasting menus, and photos.
  • Storefront — how your menu looks and reads: theme, languages, currency, QR codes, your website and your domain.
  • Customers — who your customers are. The registered list, importing them, segments, and company accounts.
  • Requests — what customers have sent you and are waiting on: bookings, WhatsApp orders, table service calls, catering enquiries, and reviews. This is the section to keep open during service.
  • Marketing — what you send them: loyalty and rewards, memberships, gift cards, promotions, email campaigns, and events.
  • Your shop — your profile and hours, locations, your team, the activity log, and webhooks.
  • Account — features you can switch on, invoices, referrals, support, and this help.

If a section or an item is missing, it is either not part of your current plan or not available to your role. Team members with limited roles see only what they need — a waiter, for example, sees the table service screen and nothing else.
